Per club bylaws, Article IV - Dues, paragraph H: (see Bylaws)

Annual dues for the current year must be in the Treasurer's hands by Jan. 31st. A member who has not paid the current year's dues by the Jan. 31st deadline may be returned to active status at any time during that calendar year by paying 2x the current annual dues rate. A member who does not pay dues during that calendar year must reapply for membership, pay all required fees, and be reinstated by a 2/3 vote of the Executive Board.

Memberships expire on December 31st and there has been ample time during this grace period to renew.  The bylaws do not allow the Board to make any exceptions and it is the duty of the Board members to follow the bylaws as written.  There is no mechanism we can follow to allow any exceptions.

Due to the snow on Saturday, I will pick up the mail from the PO Box on Friday.  According to USPS Informed Delivery, there are about a dozen renewals that I will process on Friday.  You will receive an email receipt when your renewal is processed.
