PISTOL RANGE SAFETY OFFICER TRAINING - Sat. April 8th

This class is open only to members, and you must have a minimum of two years’ shooting experience. It will be an all-day class, beginning at 9:30A.M. Contact Irvin Earles at 336-627-1202 for more information and to register. Participants will need to bring their lunches.

 

                      CONCEALED CARRY CLASS - Sat. April 15th
 

RCGC is proud to offer Concealed Carry classes to Club members and their immediate family members, at a greatly reduced rate. Participants who successfully complete the class will receive a certificate which will allow them to apply to their local County Sheriff for a North Carolina Concealed Handgun Permit.
The one-day, 9-hour course, taught by certified instructor Tommy Massey, will begin at 8:00 a.m. SHARP, and end at 5:30 p.m. There will be a short break for lunch. Bring your own lunch. The course handbook and targets will be provided.
You will need your Club ID badge in order to participate. Also, bring an UNLOADED handgun (a rental will be available for $10 from the instructor upon prior request), holster, and at least 30 rounds of ammunition, plus hearing and eye protection.
The next class will be Saturday, April 15th. You must pay the non-refundable $50 fee in advance to enroll in the class. To register and get additional important details call Club Secretary Lil Alverson at 336-342-5573.

Please bring any tools you think might be useful. Check in with the Range Directors or in the Club office for assignments.

 

No Shooting until all tasks have been completed.

 

LADIES ADVANCED PISTOL CLASS - Sat. May 6th

 

For those of you who have completed Irvin’s Ladies Only Beginner’s Pistol Class or have 2 or more years’ experience shooting pistol, here’s a chance to ramp it up a notch. He’s offering an advanced class on Saturday, May 6th from 9:30 to 12:30. Space is limited to the first 12 lady members, or wives and daughters of members, to register. You will need to bring an unloaded gun, 50 rounds of ammunition, eye and hearing protection, the holster and concealment garment or the pocketbook which you will use to carry. Meet on Pistol Pit #3.
