Membership Information

RCGC is a private club for members only. There is NO day pass, guest pass, or short term pass to use the club facilities available to anyone for any reason.
 

Members have full access to all Club facilities every day of the year during daylight hours.

RCGC offers only individual memberships.  These are granted to those individuals who have completed the application process.  An individual member's rights extend to their spouse and dependents when they are accompanied by the member. Gift memberships are not a practical option since the applicant must complete the orientation process. New applicants are required to have membership in the NRA.

 

Before you ask for an application, carefully read the membership information below. To join RCGC you must first request an application from the Orientation Chairman. You will need the recommendation of someone who has been a member for more than 90 days. After you submit your application, you will be invited to attend a 3 hour orientation session where you will pay a one-time initiation fee + annual dues. Dues are prorated from the month that you join. You must also bring a government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, plus eye and ear protection. You will need to demonstrate safe loading, firing and unloading of weapons representative of the venues selected on your application. When you have completed orientation and paid all fees you will be granted or denied Club membership by a vote of the Executive Board.
 If you are 65 or older at orientation you pay the full initiation fee and 1/2 prorated dues. Certain disabled veterans MAY qualify to pay 1/2 the initiation fee and 1/2 prorated dues.

Fees are paid at your orientation session. We accept cash, check or money order (no credit cards). New members are on probation for 90 days.

CURRENT MEMBERS

Your 2017 dues must be received by January 31st, 2017. Annual dues are $150. Seniors 65 and older as of January 1st, and 100% Disabled Veterans pay $75. Charter Members owe a $10 insurance fee.
Members who have not renewed by January 31st will be dropped from the roster. Anyone dropped for non-payment may rejoin until the end of the year by paying 2x the current dues amount.

You may pay your dues at any time for the upcoming year.

DO NOT LEAVE YOUR DUES PAYMENTS AT THE CLUB.
