Membership & Dues Information

RCGC is a private club for members only. There is NO day pass, guest pass, or short term pass to use the Club facilities available to anyone for any reason.

Members have full access to all Club facilities every day of the year during daylight hours.

RCGC offers only individual memberships. These are granted to those individuals who have completed the application process.  An individual member's rights extend to their spouse and dependents when they are accompanied by the member. Gift memberships are not a practical option since the applicant must complete the orientation process.
NRA membership is required for all applicants.


In order to receive an application for membership, you need to tell us in an email a little about yourself.  Include your name, occupation, firearms interests and shooting experience. Send this information to: Upon our receipt of this information from you, you will be sent an application. Read and carefully follow the included instructions.  

Applicants need the recommendation of someone who has been a member for more than 90 days. After you submit your application, you will be invited to attend a 3 hour Orientation session where you will pay a one-time initiation fee of $450 + yearly dues. Yearly dues are $150, prorated for the month that you join. (From then pay dues for the next year  by 12/31.) You must also bring a government issued photo ID, such as a driver's license, plus eye and ear protection. You will need to demonstrate safe loading, firing and unloading of weapons representative of the venues selected on your application. When you have completed Orientation and paid all fees you will be granted or denied Club membership by a vote of the Board of Directors at their next monthly meeting.
 If you are 65 or older at Orientation, you pay the full initiation fee and 1/2 prorated dues. 100% Military Disabled Veterans MAY qualify to pay
1/2 the initiation fee and 1/prorated dues.
Fees are paid at your Orientation session. We accept cash, check or money order (no credit cards).                  New members are on probation for 90 days.



Pay your dues for 2023 by 12/31/2022

The Annual dues amount is $150. Seniors 65 and older as of January 1st, and 100% Military Disabled Veterans pay $75.

Members who do not renew by January 31st will be dropped from the roster. Anyone dropped for non-payment may rejoin until the end of the year by paying 2x the current dues amount. You must also be approved for readmission by the Board of Directors.


PADLOCKS ARE CHANGED ON FEB. 15, each year. Members in good standing will be notified of the new combination.

You may pay your dues at any time for the upcoming year. You may also purchase as many years as you like at the current rates. See information about Lifetime Membership below.
